Add/Reapply Licence #

Please follow below steps to Apply New or Reapply the licence provided.

  1. Go to Admin Config -> License.

2. To reapply a new licence, Delete the old licence by clicking the Delete button.

3. Add Your New License Key and provided certificate, License will be reapplied.

Add/Remove User #

Please follow below steps to Add or Remove the users.

  1. Go to User Management.
  2. In this section, you will get an overview of all the users having access to login into the WoWizer Data Access Auditor product.

3. To add New User, click on the add user button
 

4. A Dialog Box will appear, please fill the details and click on save.

5. Email with reset password link will be provided to the newly added user.

6. To delete the used please click on delete button on the user, This user will no longer have access to this product.

Add/Remove Qlik Configuration #

Please follow below steps to Add or Remove the Qlik Config.

  1. Go to Admin Config -> Qlik Config.

2. Add the IP Address/URL of Qlik Sense Enterprise.

3. Upload the Qlik Sense Enterprise exported certificate.

4. Save the form, Now You can audit the users.

Change password #

Please follow below steps to Add or Remove the Qlik Config.

  1. Go to Change Password.

2. Add your new password & save the changes.

Reset/Forgot password #

Please follow below steps to Add or Remove the Qlik Config.

  1. Go to Forgot Password.

2. Add you Email Address, Yu will receive a mail to reset your password.

Audit a User #

Please follow below steps to Audit a Qlik Sense Enterprise User.

  1. Select or Search for a user.

2. Click on Audit Button to continue.

3. You will have a quick overview about Qlik User about the application access in Qlik Access & the errors if exists.

4. Dashboard Details will be available with access rules implemented in QMC as well as Session Access.

Bulk Audit #

Please follow below steps to Add or Remove the Qlik Config.

  1. Select a Stream
  2. Select the Application that is to be audited.
  3. Browse the session access file.
  4. Click on Upload Button to validate the file.
  5. If file is accepted, then click on Next button to get the report

Bulk Audit using Advanced Option #

Please follow below steps to Add or Remove the Qlik Config.

  1. Select a Stream
  2. Select the Application that is to be audited.
  3. Browse the session access file.
  4. Check the Advanced option,
    • Popup/Dialog form will appear.
    • Add the Separator in Qlik backend script.
    • Add the exact COLUMN NAME used in Qlik backend script.
    • Select the field/fields in the same sequence as in Qlik backend script.
    • Click on Save button.

5. Click on Upload Button to validate the file.

6. If file is accepted, then click on Next button to get the report

App Audit #

Please follow below steps to Add or Remove the Qlik Config.
This option enables to get all the list of users having access to published applications.

Troubleshooting WoWizer Data Access Auditor Services #

Please follow below steps to Audit a Qlik Sense Enterprise User.

  1. Verify Auditor User has Admin access in Qlik Sense QMC.
  2. Re-apply License & Certificate for Auditor.
  3. Product is still not functional restart all the services.
    1. WoWizer Auditor Backend Engine
    1. WoWizer Auditor Portal Service

open Services using Search
Press the Windows + R keys on your keyboard to open the Run window. Type services.msc and hit Enter on your keyboard or click/tap the OK button.

Create/Setup Virtual Proxy for WoWizer Data Access Auditor Services #

Please follow below steps to Create Virtual Proxy in Qlik Sense Enterprise.
Note: Please configure a virtual proxy using a reference of below image, please add central node from Proxies.

  1. Go to QMC
  2. Scroll down Configure system – > Virtual proxies

3. Create a new virtual proxies Wowizer Ticket

4. Create a new virtual proxies Wowizer Auditor
